SMS Terms
Our SMS program sends recurring campaign updates to people who opt in. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can text STOP to cancel at any time.

Program Description
The Clayton M. Saunders for Beverly Hills City Council 2026 SMS program sends recurring informational text messages about campaign events, volunteer opportunities, voter registration deadlines, and Get-Out-The-Vote reminders.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a campaign form (volunteer, donate, or signup) and providing your mobile number. By opting in you agree to receive recurring text messages from the campaign.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on campaign activity, typically 2–8 messages per month, with higher volume in the final weeks before Election Day.
Message & Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP" you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on this website.

Supported Carriers
All major U.S. wireless carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- "Saunders for Beverly Hills: Election Day is 6/2. Polls open 7a-8p. Find your polling place: claytonmsaunders.com. Reply STOP to opt out."

Consent Record
For each opt-in we record the date/time, IP address, source page, and the version of these terms in effect. You may request a copy of your consent record at any time.
